The Windows Optimizer performs system-level operations including but not limited to: temporary file cleanup, Recycle Bin management, RAM working-set compression, startup program management, power plan adjustments, DNS cache flushing, network adapter renewal, service configuration changes, registry tweaks for system responsiveness, and foreground process priority management. The website provides software downloads and informational content. No account is required.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application except as permitted by law
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code through our website or community features

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

- Optimization will improve performance on every system configuration
- All changes made by the Windows Optimizer will be fully reversible in every scenario

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SLOOPBOOSTAI, AFFAN KHAN WADOOD AKA SLOOPNODGE, OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, files, or system configurations
- Hardware or software malfunction
- System instability, crashes, or boot failures
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Cost of substitute goods or services
- Any damage arising from use or inability to use the Windows Optimizer
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10.00). BECAUSE THE SERVICES ARE OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE, CLAUSE (A) WILL TYPICALLY BE ZERO.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Windows Optimizer — Specific Liability Disclaimer
The Windows Optimizer performs privileged operations including service state changes, registry modifications, power plan switching, DNS configuration, startup entry management, and process priority adjustments. While we implement safe fallbacks and a Restore Baseline feature, we are not liable for:
- Data loss resulting from cleanup operations (including Recycle Bin purges)
- Incompatibility with third-party security software, VPNs, or enterprise policies
- Changes to Windows Update, telemetry, or background service behavior
- Reduced functionality of applications affected by service hibernation or priority changes
- Issues arising from running the optimizer without Administrator privileges
- Failure to create adequate backups or restore points before optimization
You acknowledge that system optimization tools inherently carry risk and that you use sloopboostai at your own discretion and risk.
9. Software License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the sloopboostai Windows Optimizer for personal, non-commercial purposes on computers you own or control.
